Last week’s caption contest had a lot of great entries. If you haven’t, you really should take a moment to read the entries here. Narrowing it down to 5 meant finally just flipping a coin, basically. But flip a coin I did, to reach these finalists. (Also, there were some great ones that I finally couldn’t include because they poll program felt they were too long and refused to cooperate)

Recently voted "The Best Humor Site in America That I, Personally, Write," The Byronic Man is sometimes fiction, but sometimes autobiography. And sometimes cultural criticism. Oh, and occasionally reviews. Okay, it's all those different things, but always humorous. Except on the occasions that it's not. Ah, geez. Look, it's a lot of things, okay? You might like it, is the point.
